I just got this note from my assistant. Do you think I need to give her a break?
Wow..I have been suffering all week. Resorted to wads of chewing gum, heat packs, wine, anything I could find. Acupuncture worked for a couple of days . I got and googled it today and after 50 tip reading ideas I tried one. “put the tip of your tongure on the palette of your mouth between your front teeth and push hard and hold it. Do it every time you find yourself clench. ( I can’t tell you how painful my jaw was) This actually works. In the last hour my jaw has loosed up. Amazing.
So if you find moments working for me that you are jaw clenching….try it! Ha!
On Good Faith Estimates

I am waiting to find more information on the new law on not being able to get a good faith anymore from your bank before buying a house!
So how is the buyer suppose to know who has the best rates and what they are paying for?
You now have to apply up front for the loan with the bank and if you don’t like what you see you go the next bank and pay to apply again, all in all these application bring your credit score down. What makes sense or is fair about this new law?

I just reminded my assistants that I have a CDPE designation to go along with all my others. All these acronyms are mind numbing! Actually what it means is that I am a distressed properties/ foreclosure specialist. These take quite a bit of work to earn the designation and expertise.
I just looked up on the Re/Max website international the top 100 and through November they have it posted that I am #8 in state of Washington and 15 in the Pacific NW. I am so thankful to all my wonderful clients who trust in the Terrie Cox team to take care of their home sale and purchase.
….One of my people told me she had over 40 clients come through an open house. I love it when a relocation sale comes together! Seriously all of these folks are transplanted CEO’s or qualified buyers throughout USA . I find it exciting to meet so many relocation buyers with such diverse backgrounds.
