Vancouver and Portland Realtor

Before contracting with a Vancouver Realtor, it is very important  to investigate the following:

  • Are they a full or part time Realtor?
  • How many years have they been a  Realtor?
  • How available will they be during the selling process?
  • Will they present you with a written marketing plan?
  • Can they present you with a list of references?

And ask the following questions:
What is the current  real estate market condition in this area?
What is your estimation of a time frame for the sale of my home?
