Terry Cox got the job done! This is the most important statement of our relationship with Terrie. We had the odds against us as we embarked upon our home search in Camas, WA. Our home of choice was listed as a "short sale" and while we liked the house, we were also running short of time as our home in Kansas had sold and moving day was quickly approaching. So many people including another realtor told us that we were wasting our time with a short sale. After contacting Terrie and discussing our needs we quickly reviewed the inventory and after viewing multiple listings she asked the magical question: "Which one do you want?" When I told her that the short-sale home was still our top pick, she simply responded with ".then that's the one we're going to get for you." We wrote the contract and then Terrie went to work. She worked diligently with the home owner as well as the bank and literally within days she called and informed me "Congratulations, you have a house." As we worked toward closing, Terrie and her staff were incredibly helpful. They worked to resolve some minor issues related to the inspection and behind the scenes, I know she was pushing buttons with the bank because the deal came together so quickly. When we signed the papers, our Escrow Officer stated that not only was this the first short-sale [that she processed] that closed on time; it actually closed one day early. Thanks Terrie - you and your staff worked miracles for us and we really appreciate it. When we have real-estate needs in the Camas/Vancouver area, Terrie Cox will be our realtor.
