Evergreen Highlands is a middle class neighborhood with a rural feel and single family homes built mostly in the 1950s, 60s, and 70s. One of the great features of this neighborhood is that many of the homes have wonderful views of the Columbia River as the neighborhood sits on a gradual sloping bluff that overlooks the river, in the south east corner of the 98661 zip code.
Many of the older homes are in the process, or have already been remodeled and updated but all are modern and offer all conveniences including a fast and easy access to the city's downtown amenities and conveniences.
