FHA Loans Qualifications

FHA loans are the easiest real estate mortgage loans to obtain.

Listed below are some of the simple FHA Loans Qualifications:

• At least two years with the same employer and  a consistent, hopefully increasing income.
• Credit report should have no more than two thirty day late payments in the past two years.
• A bankruptcy must be at least two years old with good credit for those two years.
• A foreclosure must be at least three years old with good credit for the past three years.
• The Mortgage payment must be no more than approximately 30 percent of your total monthly gross income.
