The homes in this neighborhood are mostly single family type, sitting on tree lined streets, with large land parcels with each home. There are a few apartment buildings and one mobile home park. More home options are currently being planned by the city and will include condos and more apartments. More and more businesses are coming into the neighborhood along with the new housing options. The Four Seasons Commercial Complex is growing, with more retail and commercial outlets planned.
