Making Your Home More Welcoming

When you are prepping your Portland home for sale, remember to spruce up the entry. Make sure the entry door is finished well and the door fixture is polished. How does the doorbell appear? Is it in working order? Make sure it is repaired and clean. Hose down the entire area, as you have done to the rest of your home. Investing in a nice plush doormat that is welcoming is a wise move.. Make sure your lock works easily if not, often a little wd40 will solve the problem.

These hints and a little creativity on your part will  make your home welcoming form the moment a potential buyer enters your home for viewing.
