This is a great old neighborhood with much maturity and Vancouver history. It is home to approximately 3000 plus residents who appreciate its quiet atmosphere and rural small town feeling. It has a mixture of older family homes and many newer single family homes and multi family dwellings as well.
Most of the residences here are owner occupied so it is a pretty much settled down type of place where the people have lived for a long time. There are some commercial and business areas including a WalMart. This neighborhood is about fully developed with some open spaces left including a couple of parks. The residents of Marrion take much pride in there properties and in their community.
