The majority of homes in this nieghborhood were built in the 1960s. The neighborhood consists primarily of residential properties with the exception of the northern boundary which is zoned for light manufacturing and there is agricultural open spaces. Most of the homes here are owner occupied with people who have lived here for many years. Some of these lucky residents who border the bluff overlook the creek and the open fields below making this a unique place for sure.
