This neighborhood is fully developed today, and is 100% resident owner occupied real estate property. The neighborhood was established in 1990 as part of 'Fishers Landing'. There are 215 homes here, with 98 duplex type condominiums and 117 nice single family homes. The vacant lots are gone. There are no rentals or other commercial properties in the neighborhood.
The residents are diverse and made up mainly of younger families and retirees and everything in between. There is a good blend of every income and cultural backround. Northfield is a quiet, friendly and family oriented community and is served by Columbia Valley Elementary School, Shahala Middle School, and Evergreen High School.
There is great shopping and fantastic cafes and nice restaurants are within walking distance, as are doctors, veterinarians, and other professional services. All in all, this is a great neighborhood to be a part of.
