According to a recent post by Trulia.com, the average price per square foot for Vancouver WA was $165, which is an increase of 10.7% compared to the same period last year.
Price per Square foot is one measure that appraisers use in home evaluation. If this continues it will be hard to argue with a Vancouver WA and Portland OR real estate turnaround.
