Terrie and fundraising event for “Moms of Children with Cancer”

It is a pleasure to “meet you”!! My name is Sharla Vellek. I am the owner of Empowering Grace. I am a Holistic Wellness Coach empowering hope and strength for women who’s lives have been touched by cancer.
It was my delight to attend an event today at The Spa Above. When I walked in I felt like I was home. It was warm and comfortable, yet professional and elegant. I met Terri for the first time today. By the time I left I felt so honored to be openly and warmly welcomed by her. I brought my husband and 5 year old son to this event and she openly welcomed them both as well, making them both feel comfortable in a room full of women!!! Terri was so gracious to offer to do a fundraising event for an upcoming retreat, “Moms of Children with Cancer” and again I had only met her today. The retreat is inspired by my son, Austin who was diagnosed with Retinoblastoma one year ago.
Terri has an amazing heart to see other women become successful and is willing to lead a new chapter in Vancouver. Ironically I had been invited to join a chapter in Beaverton but had held off as it is a 45 minute drive. When I learned that Terri was hoping to begin a chapter in Clark County I knew it was right and will be delighted to help grow this chapter with heart centered women inspiring to change the world one woman at a time!
