The Dance while Buying a Vancouver Home

When a house in on the Real Estate Market, both Buyers and sellers expect to dicker on the price. This  is the dance. Sellers will usually mark up the price a little because they know the buyer will make an offer a little lower than selling price.

So how does one know what offer will be accepted? Although this is a buyers market  in family neighborhoods such as Evergreen Highlands, the seller is still going to insist on the best offer he can get, they too have a bottom line.
