Things to Consider When Searching For a New Home

Lets explore some realities. If one lives close to a highway; you will have some noise. Besides the noise of a highway, there is highway soot in the air. I have a friend who teaches at a school very close to a Freeway and I tell you there is extra highway soot. Remember that if it lands on objects, we are breathing it. So if one suffers from any type of bronchial problem this location would not be a good choice. But for the average person, it does not seem to matter. There is also a hum from the cars, funny this often sounds like trees blowing in the wind or sometimes rushing water. If a property is your dream, one often overlooks some conditions. But this along with air traffic and/or rail ways is a personal choice.
An experienced Vancouver WA REALTOR such as myself will do extensive personal analysis as to your needs before taking you to view any home. Thus if need be we will stay clear of areas that are not conducive to your well being.
