Vancouver Celebrates the 4th of July

Once again, after 46 years,  Vancouver showed us why our city is such a terrific place to live. The fabulous 4th of July picnic and fireworks display was better than ever. It was a great time to visit with old friends from our Vancouver neighborhoods and meet new citizens.

The celebration was appropriately staged at historic Fort Vancouver, a Fort established in 1825 by the London-based Hudson’s Bay Company fur trading operations.
