Caution should be taken on falling for the much advertised “No down payment” deals as seen on late night television put on by article sellers, book sellers, plan sellers and general sales persons with little or no experience in any kind of real estate transactions. There is no ‘get rich quick’ scheme that will work with real estate buying and selling.  As with anything else, buying and selling real estate requires much hard work, lots of researching and know how for you to make any money doing it.
