WHAT ABOUT MOVING INSURANCE ?

Many moving companies offer additional moving insurance and coverage so you should always ask the moving company you choose to move your household items about what their insurance policy covers and ask about the possibility of more coverage if you feel you need it. Most good moving companies have “Moving Consultants” who can go over any insurance questions with you. This is important if you have expensive antiques, dishware and china and other items that their standard insurance may not cover, including electronic items.
