The MLS is the Real Estate Industry’s Multiple Listing Service for the real estate for sale . In fact, the first action your Realtor will take when you list your Property is to add the property to this directory..  A person selling by real estate by owner does not have this advantage.

This is where all of the important information about your property is listed. This information includes square footage, the number of rooms, and all amenities. A photo of your property is included along with a description of the home.

This listing multiplies the sales force and exposure of your property by hundreds.  Today anyone has access to the MLS via the internet.  This is a great help to all searching for a home and a great advantage to a family who is going to relocate to the Vancouver/Portland area.
