The First Place Neighborhood is located about 8 miles east of the city center.We have a beautiful view of Mt. Hood and the foothills of the Cascades from areas of our neighborhood. Many of our streets are lined with various flowering trees and Douglas Firs, many of which are retained on the individual building lots. This neighborhood is an Angelo subdivision developed for residential use only and is made up of all single family homes. The subdiviaion is built in 6 phases. At completion, there will be approximately 300 households in the neighborhood. This is a tight knit community with the residents working together to solve various problems, and the neighborhood has an annual picnic, garage sales, ladies teas, neighborhood clean ups and other beautification projects.
