Home Inspection

Why not hire your own home inspection before you put your property on the market. It is of great advantage to find out any major problems beforehand. The costs of major repairs can be monumental and can cause potential buyers to shy away if any major problems show up when they hire their inspector.

If you find an issue and choose not to do the repairs, you must disclose it up front and indicate that the projected buyer’s expense to fix it has been reflected in the selling price.

A word of caution:  A  Seller along with their Realtor who have known of problems but not disclosed them to the seller are liable.
