remaxI just reminded my assistants that I have a CDPE designation to go along with all my others. All these acronyms are mind numbing! Actually what it means is that I am a distressed properties/ foreclosure specialist. These take quite a bit of work to earn the designation and expertise.

I just looked up on the Re/Max website international the top 100 and through November they have it posted that I am #8 in state of Washington and 15 in the Pacific NW. I am so thankful to all my wonderful clients who trust in the Terrie Cox team to take care of their home sale and purchase.

….One of my people told me she had over 40 clients come through an open house.  I love it when a relocation sale comes together!  Seriously all of these folks are transplanted CEO’s or qualified buyers throughout USA . I find it exciting to meet so many relocation buyers with such diverse backgrounds.
