There is no doubt that the city of Vancouver Washington's prime location, along with its other attributes help to contribute to it's highly sought after prime real estate. Located on the north side of the Columbia River across from Portland Oregon, the two cities make up a large sophisticated and modern metropolitan area with a booming economy. The neighborhoods of Vancouver are diverse and accurately reflect the resident make up of this beautiful city in Southwestern Washington state. Now part of the 23rd largest metropolitan area of the United States, along with the city of Portland Oregon across the Columbia River, Vancouver can boast of having some of the finest areas to live anywhere. Vancouver is also the county seat of Clark County.
Vancouver is made up of 63 different Neighborhood Associations. The population of Vancouver is made up of a diverse group including professionals, office workers, medical workers, sales professionals and various service providers. There are more people in Vancouver that are employed in computer or math work than just about anywhere else in the country. There is no doubt that this city has one giant and well educated labor pool available to growing and new business ventures moving into the area.
There are many wonderful neighborhoods in Vancouver. Many of these including Cascade South East and Burton Evergreen are worth looking into and paying a visit to.
